Matt Jackson is one of the partners of USI Roofing, Inc. He has an MBA from USF and has always had a passion for construction and has managed multiple construction projects as a real estate investor. He is excited to be a part of USI Roofing and to continue building on the foundation that Jeff has built over the past 40 years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife Katya, daughter Camilla and cat Louis, fishing, cycling, pickleball and traveling.

Victor is a partner at USI Roofing, Inc and is dedicated to continuing to deliver the highest quality, reasonably priced roofing systems with unrivaled professionalism. He lives in Miami with Cheryl, his wife of 23 years and, as of January 2023, their three sons currently attend Florida State University.  He received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Management from the University of Delaware and earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2005.

Jeff has over 40 years of experience in the roofing industry and is the original founder of Urethane Systems, now USI Roofing. He built Urethane Systems into a premier roofing company the old-fashioned way... by doing what you say, treating clients well and being there for clients when needed. In his free time, he likes spending time with his family, restoring classic cars, boating and traveling.

Joe Bruckner has over 40 years of experience in the roofing industry and has progressed from installer to estimator. He has experience in all types of roofing systems and is dedicated to finding the right roofing system to accomplish client’s goals. In his free time, he likes traveling, surfing, golfing, and spending time with family.

Kathie Hill, our office manager, has been with USI Roofing for 6 years. She has over 20 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. She co-owned a construction company in Oregon for many years before moving to Florida 12 years ago. She handles all office related items from scheduling to final billing and everything in between. She is known for providing an exceptional customer experience and plays a crucial role in making sure that experience is represented in the field. In her free time, she loves spending time with her adult children, granddaughters, golfing, and playing pickleball.

Amanda Henrikson is a valuable Administrative Assistant at USI Roofing. Her dedication shines through in her commitment to delivering exceptional service to both our team and customers. Her delightful presence in the office reflects a positive atmosphere, and her willingness to go above and beyond reflects her dedication to making USI Roofing the best it can be. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, crafting, taking photos, and a day at Universal.

Tim started at USI Roofing as a helper over 10 years ago and has worked his way up to a Foreman where he is responsible for managing the daily work of crews. Our clients love him as he is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the customer has a good experience and problems are resolved. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, cats, family and is an avid Buccaneers fan. 

Tino is a Supervisor at USI Roofing and is dedicated to making sure projects are completed safely and on time. He has over 20 years of commercial roofing experience and is an expert planner, problem solver, motivator, and team builder. You will often find him flying a drone, building a project plan and reviewing scope with the crews. In his free time, he likes spending time with family, scoping out the local garage

sales and building electronics.

Gustavo is a Foreman at USI roofing and has over 20 years of commercial roofing experience and has managed multiple large multi-structure projects. He is well respected amongst his peers in the roofing community and is always willing to go the extra mile for the team and customers. In his free time, he likes spending time with his family.
